At times all you need is a bottle of fine old wine, a mellifluous piece of music playing in the background and a good book to spend the entire night in a magical bliss!

And what is life without the company of wine, women and good weather.

There must be always wine and fellowship or we are truly lost.

For at the end of the day, what matters is never the wine, it's always the moment; it's always the people.

Wine had to be grapes first. Diamonds had to be rocks first. Butterflies had to be caterpillars first. Rainbows had to be storms first.

Millions of deaths would not have happened if it weren’t for the consumption of alcohol. The same can be said about millions of births.

If money could buy happiness, the rich would not drown their sorrows in expensive wine.

Let us drink wine to remember what kind of mystical beauties life offers us and to comprehend what sort of magic potions existence has!

At the end of the day, it's just grape juice. No one needs anything that I make. The last thing we need is another wine on the shelf. So that just makes me grateful for the people who do enjoy it.

Making wine and drinking wine is not new to African Americans and others in the Diaspora. South Africa has a three-century history in growing, harvesting and distilling grapes as wine. The entire continent of Africa has a history in wine-making. In this country, slaves cultivated the vineyards owned by Thomas Jefferson and other vintners.

Water IS the most important element on the face of the earth, because without water, there would be no WINE and without WINE I would be living in a PADDED CELL!
