Fight your battles through prayer,And win your battles through faith.

Sometimes when I open my Bible to read, a verse leaps off the page and I know God is speaking to me. Sometimes I read and nothing seems to be illuminated. Sometimes I pray and have the keen sense that He is listening to every word and will answer me. Sometimes when I pray, I have no awareness that He's anywhere around. Sometimes when I go to church or draw aside for some quiet reflection, I have the overwhelming sense that Jesus is right beside me. At other times in the exact same settings, I have no conscious awareness of His presence at all. And I know by each experience — as I read my Bible and pray and work and worship — that He is teaching me to live by FAITH, not by my feelings.

Our prayers are something akin to delivering a list, verses surrendering a life. The former will always leave me creating the next list, while the latter will leave me creating a new life.

A nation aimlessly drifting away from God is a nation for which prayer is a rudder and praise is a sail. And it is the man or woman on their knees that builds the former and gives wind to the latter.

Dear God,Let the anointing and the power of the Holy Spirit be mighty upon me, so I can who you want me to be.

I want to drown in my tears,And my tears are my prayers.

If I am indeed my own god, I’d better start praying to myself to get myself out of myself.

If you are not in good terms with the one who sent you, you can’t have the right direction to the errands he wants to send you for. Be in good talking terms with God; pray without ceasing!

Virtue of prayer, virtue of patience.

Prayer is divine.

The gift of prayer is priceless gift.

Prayerful life, blessed life.

The act of prayer present an opportunity to communicate and connect to the Supreme being,God.

The power of prayer is beyond the understanding of men.

May God bless and guide us on path of light in Jesus Name.

Seek God's power and presence continually.

Humility is not a one time lesson that comes when you have lost everything. It is a daily reminder of how far we have come, yet still short of who we can be through HIS guidance. Blessed is the soul that can recognize that he isn’t moving mountains, but God is for him.
