Our connections to the Oneness of the Universe/God are both physical/atomic matter and nonphysical spiritual/energy.

We are all like cells within the body of the Universe/ God—as are plants, animals, air, natural resources and everything down to a subatomic level. Like cells in a body, these expressions grow, create, divide, destroy, die and are reabsorbed into the Universe/God to create again.

On a subatomic level, it is not possible to determine where anything begins or ends, because there is no true separation of individual energy despite the illusions of the physical realities.

Based upon quantum mechanics, our physical reality should not be solid. Most likely our physical reality is an elaborate illusion within our own consciousness and the collective consciousness of the Universe/God.

If something you desire is not happening, you are not emotionally or mentally ready for it yet. Make your mental adjustment in the now, and the reality will follow.

Timelessness is realizing that everything that has ever or will ever happen already exists simultaneously in another reality or dimension.

If our thoughts and beliefs—both conscious and unconscious—are in conflict, they will cancel each other out and nothing will manifest. So if you desire success but believe you have not earned it, you will not succeed.

Everything happening to you now is a signal or symbol and has meaning. Your opportunity is to recognize the meaning and utilize it in your life.

It is much more enjoyable to love success than to hate failure.

Anything that you could possibly imagine is already out there in another universe. If you are open to it, you can tap into all other realities for knowledge, strength, courage or whatever you need or desire.

Good and evil are (only) labels that man—through religion and philosophy—created to explain and judge the Universe’s natural cycle of creation and destruction. Creation was deemed good and destruction was deemed evil.

If a lion kills a gazelle, the Universe does not judge the lion as evil and the gazelle as good. The energy and matter of the gazelle is transferred to the lion. Because we are all connected as one, what appears to be death is in fact transformation and rebirth.

This book of our existence is everything that has ever happened to everyone in every universe. All the pages exist at once even though you are reading them one at a time. When you finish a page and turn your consciousness to another page, the previous page remains.

What our consciousness is experiencing is just a sliver of the infinite, multiple realities where we exist simultaneously

You have access to everything that has ever happened or ever will happen if you can only open your consciousness to receive it.

Focus your mind and you can create whatever you want. Sometimes, just believe and let the Universe work out the details. It may deliver the results in ways you could not have imagined.

You will draw what you love but you will also create what you hate.

Nothing in the Universe/God is ever lost or gained but simply a field of energy and matter in a constant state of flux. We are all part of one big energy organism expressing and experiencing itself.

Laughter is the ultimate emotion of openness. When you laugh, you release your fears, abandon your hatred and let down your guard to embrace the flow of the Universe.

Openness is allowing and directing the energy of the Universe to flow through you freely, giving and taking with ease.

Donate to and help the Universe and you help yourself. Teach the Universe and you enlighten yourself.

If you focus your mind on “not wanting” something, you are giving energy to and manifesting the thing you do not want. If you worry or fixate on a problem, you are channeling energy to maintain the problem. Focus thoughts and beliefs on the solution, and do not fixate on the problem.

Sometimes, our greatest obstacles are breathtakingly beautiful challenges. Rise to the challenge!

Once you finally cease all judgements you will also be freed from the need to forgive.

You attract only the people, situations and outcomes that you either want or need.

When you judge anyone or anything you are ultimately judging another aspect of yourself.

See yourself in everything and everything in yourself. This is Oneness.

If you love someone or something, you acknowledge and are expressing your oneness with it. Love is simply the recognition of Oneness.
