People often think of humility as the act of saying 'I am not that great.' This is lack of confidence. True humility is looking at the amazing people throughout history and saying 'I am pretty great... but I can always be greater.

If anything normal were useful it would have been done already. That's why my motto is "Dare to Differ." Who know's what you'll find ?

There is a moral imperative to seeing mental health through the same lens we use for other pathologies or illnesses. Being sad or overwhelmed is normal, much as being short of breath after a run is normal. Both become abnormal when they happen with no apparent cause and are hard to stop. Those situations need medical attention.

Aberrant is not abhorrent

Sure my rose-colored glasses don't let me see the world for what it is NOW but what they allow is the chance to see what the world would look like if people cared enough to plant more roses
