The ego is the self that is unaware of itself so unless you seek first who you are not, the ego will use every technique, practice and experience for its own ‘spiritual growth’.The more ‘spiritual’ it becomes, the more into delusion it takes you.

Want Truth more than you want to awaken and the awakening takes care of itself.

Truth shines light on darkness by questioning it.

Examine your beliefs and break free.

Instead of assuming and jumping into conclusions, stop for a moment and think. "Is this really true or am I making it up?".Don't believe your racing thoughts.

Your world will expand for every step you dare to take outside your comfort zone.

Anybody who listens to their intuition risk at times making other people disappointed or even pissed off because you're not tending to what they want from you but instead to what feels right for you.

Just feel forgiveness in your heart. The universe will hear you and that will be enough.

Awakening means you’ve come home to yourself, that consciousness shifted back to its original nature.

The ego cleverly hides by projecting and by avoiding to look beyond what it merely believes.

Serious spiritual practice is more than serene walks in the woods, lit candles and incense. You have to be committed. You have to be willing to enter into your own darkness and transcend it.

The awakening process is not about 'finding who you are' but more about finding out about the ego, about who you are not.

Even this is paradoxical because even though the ego does all the spiritual practice in the beginning,it’s the Truth that has orchestrated it all.

Get to know who you are not, because when you know your ego the Truth of who you are will also become clear.

Everything is consciousness. YOU are consciousness and everything around you is a reflection of your [state of] consciousness.When you shift your consciousness, when you change, your life changes too.

I hear many people share with me that they just 'have to do this thing' before they can relax and slow down.The truth is that taking the time to be still and reflective actually increases productivity and gives more joy to what you're doing when it's time to take action again.

Be true to yourself and the right people and resources always show up. The Universe always conspires for the right meetings to occur. Everything is unfolding as it should. It really is.

Following intuition allows decision and action to be made in the same instant.

The ego is the seeker but does not want the Truth.

Spiritual awakening is not really spiritual at all.

What matters is the act of surrender. The awakening process all boils down to this: surrender. How, you may ask?Like this: Lay yourself down on the floor and let go of everything.Let go of the need to understand, the need to know how exactly to do it and what to say, how to be and so on.Just "give up" (the struggle).Literally just lay there and say "Take me, I'm yours. Do with me what you wish, I won't resist or avoid anything anymore. I'm sincerely yours".Let go. Surrender. Just let go.You don't have to figure anything out, you don't have to seek anymore, you don't have to look for any answers or solutions anymore.Just let go. Let everything go.I'm telling you; this is the ultimate solution and answer that the awakening process leads to anyway, so you might as well save yourself years of suffering by surrendering to Truth right now and let it take over your life.It all falls into place in the moment of surrender, that's when freedom and peace comes and takes over your whole being.

Truth is non-negotiable and its promise is love.

When you have done your part it's time to release your work into the universe and let it do its part.

Don't go against your inner knowing. Just don't. Trust yourself.

You have the right to follow your heart. Do what feels right, for you.

Trust your guidance and don't look back.

To experience more synchronicity and 'coincidences' we need to listen and be aware of the world around us and also our intuition.That's how the universe speaks to itself, it's an ongoing flow of information that comes from both the outside and from within.Pay attention to how the universe speaks to you today and participate in the flow by being attentive and by listening to your inner voice.

If it doesn't feel right, don't do it. Trust your intuition and don't ask "why", just say no.

Intuition knows what the mind can't see yet.
