Today I will do one small task that will contribute toward the achievement of a life goal.

Life is not without pain and travail. They are necessary to new awareness which prompts growth.

Our response to the external conditions of our lives can be greatly altered by our perceptions of those conditions.

We must take responsibility for ourselves, for who we become, for how we live each day.

Too often we look back on our lives with regret. What is done, is done. We learned lessons from those mistakes. Every day is a new beginning.
