The lack of mindfulness often makes us carry the unnecessary possessions, stale ideologies and rotten relationships along, which unnecessarily clutter our lives and consciousness, and stagnate our growth.

The Love factor makes anything hallowed, and an action is no exception. Doing things with love makes the work sacred.

Love is the divine light that melts away all blockages. Love heals our beings

Love is the greatest flow energy on this earthly plane of existence. Love enables you to flow.

Freedom is my religion. Peace is my God. Love is my worship.

Life is a hologram. Even the smallest moment contains eternity within it.

Life is a song made of the musical rhythm of the body, words of the mind and the melodious silence of the soul.

You do not need to go to any temple or church to worship God. The whole existence is God’s temple. Your own body is the temple of God. Your own heart is the shrine. You do not need to subscribe to any religion to experience God. The only religion you need to experience God is love, kindness and respect to all beings.

You do not need any preacher or prophet to learn about God. The teaching is spread on the trees and the mountains, on the stars and the river, on the Sun and the moon. The ultimate teaching is written in your heart. You just need to wake up and see.

Om is the things, Om is the ingredient, Om is the container and the content of this universe.

Om is that God of love. Like a loving mother Om cleans us of our clutters collected through many incarnations.

Pure Love is detached, self-assured, self-poised, non-possessive and non-aggressive in nature. Yet, it is tremendously powerful to move the whole universe.

Life is too short for negativity. Focus all your energy to create happiness.

Life is a pilgrimage. Each moment is to be lived in depth, because each moment contains God, hidden within it.

Awakening is the ultimate of religion. Religion is, not really, in believing something outside of your being. It is not in believing or following some authoritative figure, the church, temple, organization or any ideological system of belief. Religion is trusting in what is eternal within you.

Meditation is cultivating the potential to transcend your limited self, limited beliefs and limited existence. It is stepping into the exciting territory of limitlessness.

Om is the presence which steals away. It steals away the ordinary mundane existence of strife, struggle and duality; it steals away anxiety, aggression, fear, grief and sorrow; it steals away the debris of anger, hatred, confusion and ignorance, to fill us with the nectar of joy, immortality and life eternal.

Bliss is inherent in the Self as fragrance is inherent in a flower. As the flower of the Self-love blossoms, bliss comes spontaneously as the fragrance.

Awareness is Brahman. The absolute cosmic consciousness. When you are aware, you are connected with Brahman.

Each one of you carries the potential to blossom like flowers. When you blossom, petals of your mind open and the fragrance spread far and near.

Om is the signature sound of this Universe. It is the soundless sound of existence.

Om was there in the existence, when no religion was formed or founded. It will be there in the existence, if all the religions are demolished.

No one and nothing outside of you can give you salvation, or free you from the misery. You have to light your own lamp. You have to know the miniature universe that you yourself are.

Blind faith in belief-system, ideologies, doctrine or dogma can never set us free. Only the knowledge of truth can liberate us from the slavery of doctrine, dogmas, blind faiths and religious sects.
